Ted could be anywhere, now he's square in the
Dojo, outside's a no-no, very rare, little
Evidence of a ginger kyoto, not just any hair

Here pretty kitty, no need for a spare
Teddie's plenty, and there's critters to snare
He's like an itty-bitty, little bear
When he's on his back with his paws in the air

Ted doesn't talk, let alone rap
Ted doesn't take walks, he's a cat
Doesn't have a want, doesn't need a strap
This is his kingdom, this is his trap

This is what he can versus what he can't get
There is no tad bit when it comes to catnip
Some tell it as is, he passes as if
Ted doesn't yell, he scratches-n-sniffs

His stickers hurt, thorns of an orange rose
Smells like blood, your own, the more you know
He's a gatekeeper, Fiji is his home
He's a great sleeper, if your aura is known

Everyone that's anyone, knows about Ted
He's a loved and well respected feline friend
Knows cat-fu, not afraid to throw hands
Scratches eyes out, so it won't come back again

Just protecting the territory
He goes and gets the vermin before they set their moorings
Sometimes in between walls, carpets and floorings
Ted knows these things already, basic, at best boring

Don't bore Ted, he finds it uncouth
He'll pad away, that's him being aloof

When your gone, his little paws raise the roof
